Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or related field is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Business mindset with a drive to build and grow a client base business
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Interested in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial security.
• Life and Health licenses or FINRA registrations preferred, or a willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
