Role Description
Reporting to the Global Telco Finance team, you will manage and support business finance activities for the Telco Product Category. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical capability, business partnering skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a multinational environment.

Business partnering with the Telco Operational teams, Accounting teams, and the broader international CFO organisation.

Cost centre forecasting and ongoing financial monitoring.

Project margin reporting and profitability analysis.

Product performance review and financial analysis.

Preparation, monthly, annual, and ad hoc cost rate calculations and analysis.

Revenue and cost reporting in accordance with US GAAP guidelines.

Resource (headcount) forecasting and alignment with project financials.

Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis, in collaboration with AP and GL teams.

Monthly financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis, margin reporting, and ad hoc financial investigations.

Supporting internal and external audit processes as required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

At least 2 years’ experience working with budgeting and forecasting systems.
Requirements

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Experience working in a multinational and multi-currency environment preferred.

Experience supporting operational teams through financial business partnering.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial planning and control principles.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.

Working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Oracle, TM1, or similar financial systems.
