Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance organization. This role is designed for new and recent college graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
In this role, you will support both corporate development initiatives—including acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and partnerships—as well as core FP&A activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, HR, and business functions, gaining hands-on exposure to how financial insights support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.
Responsibilities

Supporting the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting and variance analysis.

Analyzing key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics.

Preparing financial models, analyses, and presentations to support management decision-making.

Partnering with FP&A team members to develop management reports and dashboards.

Assisting in building and maintaining financial models for valuation, return analysis, and scenario planning.

Analyzing target company financial statements, operating metrics, and historical performance.

Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to support deal evaluation.

Supporting due diligence activities across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other functional teams.

Preparing business cases, investment memos, and executive-level presentation materials.

Assisting with tracking transaction timelines and maintaining deal documentation.

Working closely with internal partners to gather data, analyze findings, and summarize insights.

Communicating key analyses and recommendations to Finance leadership and stakeholders.

Building strong business understanding through exposure to multiple functions and initiatives.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Earning or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Gaining internship, co-op, or entry-level experience in FP&A, corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related area.

Demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

Using Excel and PowerPoint with an interest in financial modeling and analysis.

Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicating clearly through strong written and verbal communication skills.

Gaining exposure to financial modeling, valuation, or forecasting through coursework or internships.

Demonstrating familiarity with basic valuation concepts such as DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.

Showing curiosity, a learning mindset, and interest in understanding how businesses create value.
