[Hiring] Financial Analyst, FP&A @Jencap

Role Description

The Financial Analyst will play a key role within the FP&A team, supporting the organization with high-quality reporting, financial analysis, and insights that drive decision-making. This role will support revenue analytics, segment profitability, expense analysis, forecasting, annual planning, and executive-level presentations. The analyst will collaborate across business units to provide clear, actionable financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, automate, and distribute recurring financial reports and dashboards.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to various business units and functions, helping them understand performance and achieve financial goals.
• Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and productivity metrics.
• Investigate variances and develop insights that help leadership understand business drivers.
• Support the forecasting and budgeting cycles, contributing to enhancements in planning models and reporting processes.
• Help create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership summarizing financial results and forward-looking projections.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis, business cases, and other strategic initiatives.
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business problems and support informed decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (Oracle) software preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.
