[Hiring] Financial Accountant (Close & Reporting Lead) @CKH Group

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced General Ledger / Financial Accountant profile with a strong background in:

• Lead month-end close: coordinate timelines, review entries, ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support and guide team: review work, resolve issues, step in hands-on when needed
• Prepare and review GAAP reconciliations (Local GAAP to US GAAP) with clear documentation
• Design and implement reconciliation process based on Client's needs: templates, standards, timelines, controls
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve complex items
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with group reporting
• Support external audits: PBC, auditor queries
• Drive process improvements across close, reconciliations, and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in GL / statutory / audit
• Strong experience in: month-end close; balance sheet reconciliations; financial statement preparation
• Proven experience with GAAP conversions (US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP)
• Experience working with external auditors
• Ability to review work and coach junior team members
• Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Requirements

• Big4 or audit background
• Experience in multi-entity / international environments
• Exposure to European statutory reporting (e.g., French GAAP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., QBO, SAP, etc.)
