Role Description
As a primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for NetSuite, you will manage:

Roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and custom records.

NetSuite capabilities, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, roles, permissions, and user access.

Integrations and data flows between NetSuite and connected systems; investigate issues, coordinate fixes, and maintain reliable master data.

Automation and operational efficiency through system enhancements, workflow design, approval routing, and thoughtful use of native NetSuite functionality.

Release management, sandbox testing, user acceptance testing, change control, documentation, and end-user training.

Data quality, access, controls, and audit readiness; identify risks and recommend practical improvements.

Reporting, dashboards, saved searches, and ad hoc analysis for informed decision-making.

Related finance and procurement tools, including Zip.
Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration in a business environment (required).

Experience successfully supporting or leading one to two full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.

Strong understanding of ERP concepts, financial systems, and core Finance processes.

Experience configuring and administering NetSuite capabilities.

Experience building and supporting complex finance integrations, AI workflows, and agents.

Ability to partner effectively with Finance stakeholders.

Experience in a startup, high-growth, or software/SaaS company is ideal.

Familiarity with billing, procurement, spend management, and AP automation tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while serving as the internal go-to resource for NetSuite knowledge and support.

Ability to prioritize effectively and operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
