[Hiring] Finance Support Specialist @KOSTAL Group

Role Description

Providing support to the finance department of the parent company Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG (HFBK) and other companies of the Kostal Group.

• Verification and optimization of invoice templates and goods receipt certificates within CC in the READSOFT INVOICES program.
• Processing of supplier invoices in the SAP system.

Qualifications

• Higher education.
• Professional PC skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Spoken and written technical English skills — B2 level.
• Work experience at industrial enterprise and proficiency in SAP.
• Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, resistance to stressful situations.
