[Hiring] Finance Manager @M-KOPA

Role Description

M-KOPA is seeking a Finance Manager for Group Reporting to own financial reporting for a portfolio of group companies. This role involves:

• Contributing to group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies, prepared to audit-ready standard.
• Running year-end audits for your entities end-to-end — planning, managing the auditor relationship, and resolving technical accounting questions.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a chartered accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a top-performing Big 4 practice or as a financial reporting specialist in industry.
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience preparing IFRS financial statements and group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies.
• A proven track record of leading audits.

Requirements

• Comfortable operating remotely with international teams.
• Ability to write clearly enough to brief executives without hand-holding.
• High standards of work without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.

Benefits

• Diverse development programs, coaching partnerships, and on-the-job training.
• Family-friendly policies and prioritization of well-being.
• Embrace flexibility in work arrangements.
