[Hiring] Finance Manager @Cimpress/Vista

Role Description

We're looking for a Finance Manager to lead the build of the financial and pricing engine for our commercial business spanning B2C marketplace sales and B2B wholesale/white-label partnerships.

• Design and build pricing programs across B2C marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon) and B2B wholesale/white-label models.
• Build competitive intelligence frameworks for price comparison and benchmarking models.
• Develop financial reporting from the ground up, including P&L, channel and product profitability, and management reporting packages.
• Build commercial and operational analytics dashboards and tools.
• Create and stress-test business cases for new products, channels, pricing changes, and investment decisions.
• Own profitability by SKU, channel, and customer segment.
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams.
• Take on new, unplanned analyses and projects as they arise.
• Improve financial processes and systems that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment.
• Proven experience in cross-functional business partnering.
• Pricing experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale/distribution businesses.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced Excel/Sheets and familiarity with SQL or BI tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
