[Hiring] Finance Intern @Commvault

Role Description

We are currently seeking an intern to join our Finance team! This is a year-round internship opportunity with an ASAP start.

• Worldwide sales order bookings
• Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
• Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings
• AR Collections – Contacting customers via phone to query payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with query resolution
• Professional services billing and revenue recognition
• Sending invoices for timely payment
• Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault
• Support AR Collections Team 80% and Revenue Team 20%

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 20 hours/week during summer and continued into the school year
• Ability to work both as a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred but not required
• NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible/more hours on month-end and quarter-ends to meet deadlines
• Strong desire to grow within the team

Pay Range

$39,520 — $118,560 USD
