[Hiring] Finance Analyst @Turium

Role Description

Turium AI is building next-generation, AI-powered ERP platform— and we’re looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA who wants to step beyond reporting and into systems, data, and transformation. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI, helping shape how financial processes are designed, automated, and scaled within our platform.

• Support the design and optimisation of financial processes within the Turium ERP platform
• Work on Procurement, Invoice automation, forecasting, and financial analysis with a systems and data lens
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA, TechOne, Workday, Oracle, Infor and SuccessFactors
• Build and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of ERP finance workflows
• Work directly with business users to improve and streamline financial operations
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and data-led decision-making initiatives

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (mandatory) — from Australia or internationally recognised bodies
• 2–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and reporting
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) — or strong interest in learning
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across finance, tech, and operations
• High ownership and attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation projects (Nice to Have)
• Exposure to automation, analytics tools, or AI-driven reporting (Nice to Have)
• Background working in global or cross-functional team (Nice to Have)
