[Hiring] Finance & Accounting Staff @Catalyst

Role Description

We're hiring a skilled and motivated person to join our team as Finance & Accounting Staff.

• Provide financial information, maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers
• Perform all finance and accounting activities related to bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Examination of documents related to financial transactions that are carried out properly
• Get all required data for monthly and yearly closings
• Send monthly financial reports to superiors according to the date/time determined by the company
• Assist and support other data needed by superiors

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having a basic knowledge of accounting
• Highly responsible with good initiative and self-motivated
• Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and multiple assignments
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
