[Hiring] Director, Revenue Strategy and Innovation – Specialty Pharmacy Contracting & Payer Strategy @Mayo Clinic

Role Description

Responsible for directing an enterprise-level function within RSI (part of Finance) and on behalf of Mayo Clinic. The function will entail significant impact to Mayo Clinic revenue performance and involve deep domain expertise.

• Implement strategies for the assigned function.
• Oversee work outputs and priorities of the team.
• Lead projects and initiatives.
• Drive ongoing operational and analytic processes.
• Focus on specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefit contracting strategy.
• Engage with payers and pharmacy benefit managers (PBM).
• Participate in specialty pharmacy network participation.
• Optimize reimbursement for specialty medications.
• Maintain and grow revenue while supporting Mayo Clinic strategic plans and objectives.
• Lead payer and PBM contracting strategy and execution, including direct negotiation of agreements.
• Advance specialty pharmacy network participation.
• Develop strategies to improve prescription capture.
• Operate within provided budgets.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of market trends, opportunities, and risks in the assigned functional area.
• Highly knowledgeable on Mayo Clinic’s methods and strategies.
• Strong leadership skills.
