  • Review CTAs and budget exhibits for financial terms and risks, and support pricing and negotiations
  • Build cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and financial models for leadership
  • Oversee HST/GST, payroll compliance, corporate tax, and audits with our external accountants
  • Maintain internal controls, financial SOPs, and approval workflows
  • Supervise our Finance and Administration Coordinator and bookkeeping support, and hire as we grow

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environments
  • Familiarity with CTAs, sponsor invoicing, and clinical trial budgeting
  • Familiarity with CTMS platforms and clinical trial financial workflows
  • Experience supporting audits and inspections
  • Prior experience in a growing or multi-site research organization
  • Experience preparing SR&ED claims

Benefits

  • A senior seat in a growing organization
  • Work that supports patient access to new treatments
  • Remote-first setup with occasional on-site days in the GTA
  • Collaborative team that works closely across operations, study, and site leadership
