Role Description
The Director, FP&A role is expected to lead a team within a high performing organization working collaboratively with the business and finance leaders to assist with driving profitable growth in Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Prepare and review complex financial systems and processes.

Provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis to drive improvement and streamline results.

Evaluate all elements of the forecasting process supporting the business.

Establish as a “collaborative copilot/advisor” within business and finance leadership.

Support and coordinate the financial management reporting process.
-
Drive applicable transformation and accelerate margin improvement.
-
Balance the financial needs of business leadership with Veristat’s fiduciary needs.

Translate efficiencies and growth drivers into operational actions.

Guide business partners to attain operational KPIs positively impacting international business growth, efficiency, and margin performance.

Correlate operational outcomes into financial impact.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent required.

Advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.

10 years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership, and partnering track record required.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Clinical background and related experience preferred.

Ability to listen, interpret, influence, challenge, build relationships, collaborate, resolve conflict, and facilitate discussions.

Ability to influence, motivate others, and lead change across cultures.

Demonstrated ability to think “big picture” and strategically leverage expertise.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and current financial and accounting applications required; prior FinancialForce experience a plus.

Experience in Enterprise Performance Management software (e.g. Adaptive Planning) and NetSuite preferred.

Entrepreneurial demeanor with demonstrated ability to partner with leadership in driving top line opportunities.

Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
