[Hiring] Digital Asset Yield Lead @Cryptopay

Role Description

Cryptopay is looking for a Digital Asset Yield Lead to develop and manage digital asset treasury and yield activities across the Group. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in crypto treasury, institutional digital assets, trading, lending or yield management. You will be responsible for identifying and managing opportunities to generate sustainable returns on digital assets while maintaining appropriate liquidity and risk controls.

• Manage and optimise digital asset treasury and yield activities.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities across staking, lending and other digital asset markets.
• Source, assess and work with institutional counterparties, including liquidity providers, lenders and OTC partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and evaluate the economics of different opportunities.
• Manage collateral, liquidity and counterparty exposure.
• Monitor LTV, margin requirements, liquidation thresholds and other relevant risk indicators.
• Diversify exposure across counterparties and reduce concentration risk.
• Build practical monitoring, reporting and risk-management frameworks.
• Evaluate strategies based on net returns, liquidity requirements and risk-adjusted performance.
• Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Product and Engineering.
• Continuously research market developments and identify new opportunities to improve treasury efficiency and returns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in crypto treasury, institutional digital asset trading, OTC, lending, portfolio management, yield management or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of collateralised lending, liquidity management, LTV, margin calls and liquidation mechanics.
• Experience working with institutional crypto counterparties and managing multiple providers.
• Strong understanding of digital asset markets and on-chain financial mechanics.
• Good knowledge of staking, lending and borrowing.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities from both return and risk perspectives.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to build structured processes, monitoring and controls.
• Commercial judgement and strong negotiation skills.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
