[Hiring] Denials & AR Follow-Up Specialist @TEKsystems

Role Description

• Advanced eClinicalWorks (eCW) expertise (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• 3+ years of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and reimbursement recovery experience
• Strong professional billing knowledge
• Ability to answer day-to-day workflow and system questions without relying heavily on client leadership

Qualifications

• Heavy eCW user with deep professional billing knowledge
• Comfortable working full cycle claims
• Strong troubleshooting and coaching ability
• Can help reduce the client's training and support burden
• Experience with AR cleanup, denial recovery, or backlog reduction projects preferred
