[Hiring] DeFi Yielding Expert @Dialectic

Role Description

Dialectic is seeking a senior-level investment professional to join the team on a full-time basis. This role involves:

• Providing advice to directors on portfolio allocation for yielding opportunities
• Assisting in yield farming operations, including transaction co-signing
• Identifying and evaluating optimal risk-adjusted yielding opportunities
• Conducting thorough risk due diligence on potential protocols
• Ensuring internal alert system coverage remains current and comprehensive
• Monitoring and analyzing emerging trends in yield farming (e.g., new protocol launches, meta-strategies, airdrops)
• Actively participating in investment committee discussions, contributing insights on capital allocation decisions

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols
• Proven experience in yield farming strategies
• Proficiency in analyzing protocols across various risk categories (e.g., smart contract, economic, governance, etc)
• Strong expertise in risk control and management
• Ability to inspect and validate transaction details (e.g., calldata input fields) prior to execution
• Advanced proficiency in on-chain investigation tools (e.g., Etherscan, Nansen, Phalcon)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work
