Role Description

As a Default Analyst – Foreclosure, you will oversee residential mortgage loans in foreclosure, ensuring timely processing and compliance with federal, state, investor, and agency requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of mortgage servicing and foreclosure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure pipelines, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and tracking activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with attorneys, trustees, and internal stakeholders to resolve delays, document exceptions, and maintain compliance.
• Review foreclosure sales, fees, costs, and post-sale activities to ensure adherence to investor and government guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end foreclosure experience within the mortgage or banking industry.
• Strong understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
• Knowledge of GSE (FNMA/FHLMC) and Government (GNMA), FHA, and VA foreclosure regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems, vendor management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Requirements

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
