Role Description

This position is responsible for administering all University credit card training and customer service functions. Responsibilities include:

• Providing card services and assistance to departments of the University.
• Providing professional leadership and guidance to all areas of the University in making the credit card processes efficient and effective.
• Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.
• Performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Formal training and/or courses in purchasing operations preferred.
• Experience with SAP Concur preferred.

Requirements

• Five years’ related experience preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.
• May complete some or all work remotely upon approval via the university’s Alternative Work Arrangement Policy.
• All employees share the responsibility of maintaining information security and privacy requirements within the university by adhering to Federal and State regulations, and TWU Policies & Procedures.
