Role Description
This position is responsible for administering all University credit card training and customer service functions. Responsibilities include:

Providing card services and assistance to departments of the University.

Providing professional leadership and guidance to all areas of the University in making the credit card processes efficient and effective.

Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.

Performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Formal training and/or courses in purchasing operations preferred.

Experience with SAP Concur preferred.
Requirements
-
Five years’ related experience preferred.

Regular and reliable attendance during regular scheduled days and work hours is an essential function of this position.

May complete some or all work remotely upon approval via the university’s Alternative Work Arrangement Policy.
