Role Description
As a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and supervision to employees in the Department. Oversee and coordinate daily loan servicing activities within the Credit Bureau Reporting & Corrections team. Prepare and maintain reports and records for processing. Works under general direction with substantial latitude and makes decisions involving the savings and losses to the company and investors. Perform all duties in accordance with the companyβs policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The approved starting salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 a year.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Six (6) plus years of experience in customer mortgage servicing and/or financial services industry required with a minimum of one (1) year in a senior or team lead role.
Requirements

Manage the workflow and assignment of work activities for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team; follow up for completion to ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Assist in the management of processing all aspects of borrower incoming and outgoing correspondence pertaining to borrower electronic credit disputes.

Monitor team(s) assignments to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Familiarity with eOSCAR and corresponding credit bureau resources to guide corrections needed and/or respond to borrower or client requests across various Carrington Departments.

Accurately assess strengths and development needs of employees by providing training, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Provide leadership to Credit Bureau Reporting & Correction team, including hiring and training employees.

Handle and resolve escalated requests from customers or third parties and assist the support teams in identifying solutions.

Develop, update, and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective, and excellent service to our customers and in accordance with state and federal requirements.

Identify and analyze escalated problems and provide guidance to team members for resolution.

Partner with inside and outside counsel and provide required documentation as needed to resolve complaints.

Lead special projects, conduct the research, provide information, and identify possible solutions.

Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
