Role Description
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our Acquisitions & Asset Management team. This role plays a critical part in supporting investment underwriting, portfolio performance analysis, lender reporting, and covenant compliance across Nome Capitalβs commercial real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Underwriting & Transaction Support

Build and maintain dynamic cash flow models for acquisition and investment opportunities

Develop 5-year cash flow projections for existing portfolio assets

Support the preparation of investment committee memos, lender packages, and transaction summaries
-
Covenant Monitoring & Compliance
-
Track loan covenants, including DSCR thresholds, reserve requirements, and reporting deadlines
-
Maintain and update a centralized covenant monitoring dashboard

Proactively identify and escalate potential compliance risks
-
Coordinate with property management and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Portfolio Analytics & Reporting

Prepare monthly and quarterly asset performance reports, including variance analysis and risk insights

Support portfolio-level analytics such as concentration analysis, exposure mapping, and risk scoring

Assist in annual business plan reviews and strategic portfolio discussions

Loan Review & Risk Assessment

Analyze loan agreements, servicing standards, and lender requirements to identify key obligations
-
Summarize critical terms, covenants, and trigger events for internal stakeholders

Support compliance efforts related to lender inspections, audits, and annual reviews
Qualifications

1β4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, credit analysis, banking, or related fields

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets

Familiarity with office and/or multifamily asset classes preferred

Ability to interpret loan documents, financial statements, and lease structures

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in lender-facing scenarios
