Your Role:

Looking for a Corporate Development & M&A Associate to own the full deal cycle end to end.

Originate opportunities, build relationships, run analysis, and drive transactions.

Work directly with the Director of Corporate Development & M&A and Voyfai's executive team.

Take ownership of building out this function in the Americas, starting with the US.

Spend meaningful time on the road (up to 40-50% travel across North America).

Generate leads, meet prospects, pitch Voyfai's vision, and engage with potential targets.

Comfortable building valuation models and coordinating a cross-functional diligence team.
What You Will Do

Build and own a pipeline of acquisition and investment targets.

Meet prospects in person and virtually, building trust with founders and management teams.

Articulate Voyfai's strategy, platform, and value proposition to prospective targets.

Conduct first-pass strategic, commercial, and financial assessments of opportunities.

Build and own detailed financial models, including valuation and scenario analyses.

Own transaction workstreams from initial evaluation through signing and closing.

Coordinate cross-functional and third-party diligence across various workstreams.

Prepare investment memoranda, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus but not required.

3 to 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related deal environment.

At least 2 years of hands-on exposure across the M&A lifecycle.

Confidence fielding real, in-person questions from business owners and their advisors.

Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong relationship-building instincts.

A self-starter, ownership-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.

Willingness and ability to travel across North America (up to 40-50%).

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Bonus If You Have

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

Experience sourcing and maintaining a proprietary M&A pipeline.

Proficiency using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, target screening, diligence, and analysis.

Base salary from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and location.
