[Hiring] Contract/Billing Analyst @Akamai

Role Description

As a Contract/Billing Analyst, you will review and enter customer contracts accurately into systems. Contract requirements vary by customer type and products, requiring good knowledge of Akamai offerings. You collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure proper procedures and contract acceptance compliance.

• Extracting, organizing, analyzing data and performing accurate contract entry and manual invoicing
• Entering all incoming contracts ensuring legal/financial compliance
• Contributing to the timely resolution of customer billing issues
• Generating credit memos on a timely basis
• Partnering with internal customers across different functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' relevant experience in contract management or related field
• Demonstrate proficiency in enterprise applications usage, ability to retrieve required information from Siebel, SalesForce, and Oracle
• Prior experience working within an International and diverse environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
