Role Description

As a Business Planning Analyst II at ICON, you will contribute to our financial management function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

Your role will involve delivering business planning and analysis work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive financial insights to support strategic resolution.
• Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on financial data and market trends.
• Collaborating within the team to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial and business planning, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%).
