Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Client Accounting Coordinator who will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions for DCS clients in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial areas.

Prepare financial related information for clients such as monthly financial statements and other reports as needed or requested by clients.

Assist Accounting Supervisor as needed with preparation of Corporate financial statements.

Work with client’s financial auditors.

Present financial statements at client board meetings.

Data entry of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions, including, but not limited to, invoices, cash receipts, or vouchers.

Review work prepared by Accounting Coordinators.

Train and mentor Accounting Coordinators.

Manage Access and Excel databases and analyze data.

Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time remote position.
Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience working in accounting and supervision.

Preferred; college degree in accounting and/or CPA.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Excellent customer service and supervisory skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Advanced in Excel, Word and other software programs as needed (may require taking outside classes if necessary).

Must have the ability to handle confidential information.
