[Hiring] Client Accounting Analyst @Gallagher

Role Description

Under general supervision, performs a broad range of daily and monthly accounting functions in support of servicing client fulfillment based needs. Key duties include:

• Preparing monthly or quarterly journal entries and financial statements
• Reconciling monthly bank and investment statements
• Recording client invoices and payments
• Performing collections tasks
• Preparing payables
• Researching and resolving invoicing problems with vendors

Communicates with internal and external clients to obtain and/or convey information. Performs more routine and established projects and analyses for a specific accounting or finance area.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma and 2 years' accounting experience
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Great organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred
• QuickBooks experience desirable
