[Hiring] Centralized Director of Finance @Noble House Hotels & Resorts

Role Description

The Centralized Director of Finance will provide interim financial leadership at a Corporate level by:

• Maintaining full control over accounting operations for properties
• Overseeing month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP
• Analyzing hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and presenting insights to property and corporate leadership
• Training, mentoring, and supporting property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards
• Implementing and strengthening internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a centralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash
• 3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry
• High School Diploma Required
• Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred
