[Hiring] Capital Markets Manager @Cascade Debt

Role Description

We are looking for an intrapreneur to continue growing our business in the EMEA region. The role will mix customer management with an eye on building the foundation for a larger team down the line. Responsibilities include:

• Craft a strategy for growth in the region, working with fintech lenders and specialty finance companies along with private credit funds investing in them.
• Work with asset originators and investors using our platform to ensure they are smoothly executing on debt operations and new deals.
• Onboard new customers onto the platform as a main point of contact.
• Understand deal details and data to ensure accuracy when it comes to reporting on structured debt deals.
• Build and manage relationships with existing partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a capital markets, investments, or business development role.
• Experience working in a fintech startup that raised debt or a private credit investor role.
• Experience with raising, managing, or deploying debt facilities preferred.
• Bilingual French and English speakers preferred.
