Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with hands-on knowledge of AppFolio property management software. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and provide occasional customer service support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using AppFolio.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations regularly.
• Maintain accurate financial records through consistent data entry.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Communicate with tenants or property owners when necessary regarding billing or payment inquiries.
• Ensure records are organized and compliant with company accounting procedures.
