[Hiring] Bookkeeper @Precise MGMT

Role Description

The Virtual Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring all bookkeeping processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

• Record financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations (bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts).
• Document and categorize transaction details according to client-specific Chart of Accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports as needed.
• Maintain an organized accounting filing system within cloud platforms (Google Drive, QuickBooks Online, etc.).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and Client Account Managers on open items or variances.
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle bookkeeping experience with U.S.-based clients
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accrual-based bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Workspace
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines consistently
