Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting clients.

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections processes
• Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Handle payroll support and expense tracking as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients (especially US-based) regarding financial data and documentation
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• At least 2-3 years of work experience
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes is highly preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
