Role Description

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Accounting Liaison to support communication between the accounting department and clients. This role ensures accurate financial coordination, timely processing of transactions, and clear communication with clients in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Serve as a liaison between the accounting team and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Communicate financial information, invoices, and billing details to clients in both English and Spanish as needed
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes, including payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure accurate case-related billing
• Review settlement agreements and ensure financial terms are accurately reflected and processed
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status
• Support account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal financial procedures

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial coordination
• Experience with the settlement process and reviewing agreements is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Requirements

• Personal injury experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Familiarity with legal billing and case management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
