[Hiring] Benefits Analyst @Regis Remote Office

Role Description

Provides customized PEO and ASO accounting services to assigned clients and supports daily accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile all client benefit invoices on a monthly basis and collaborate with the Benefits Department to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with quarterly benefit accrual reconciliations to identify and resolve accounting irregularities and system errors.
• Perform weekly 401(k) file remittances and reconciliations for all client plans, including support for annual audit requests.
• Complete month-end close tasks as assigned by the Controller, including bank reconciliations, 401(k) reconciliations, recording monthly sweep transactions, fees, and benefit adjustments.
• Download monthly bank statements and prepare reconciliation support documentation.
• Update employee pay rates and address changes with insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of standard accounting processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• English skills required.

Work Environment

General office environment with quiet surroundings and adequate lighting.
