Role Description

As an AU Financial Planning Administrator (Xplan), you’ll be the quiet force that keeps everything running like clockwork. While planners focus on strategy, you’re the one ensuring every detail behind the scenes is accurate, organized, and ready to go. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain client review files.
• Update and manage client data in Xplan.
• Raise Fixed Term Agreements and Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Transcribe file notes accurately.
• Support reporting and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Provide administrative support to financial planners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication skills (neutral accent).
• Ability to manage structured and repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience using Xplan (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience in roles requiring high levels of accuracy and compliance (Preferred).
• Familiarity with financial planning processes and documentation (Preferred).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency (Preferred).
