[Hiring] Associate Financial Administrator I @Ultimus Fund Solutions

Role Description

The Associate Financial Administrator I will play a key role in preparing and filing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual fund reports in compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations, analyzing fund performance, expense budgeting, and board reporting for retail alternative investment products.

• Prepares quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds.
• Prepares and maintains expense budgets and accruals, as needed, based upon contractual fee schedules and fiscal year projections.
• Prepares and processes expense payment authorizations, as needed, for fund expenses.
• Calculates standard monthly management fees and advisor waiver or reimbursements for each fund; distributes fee authorization to the appropriate party.
• Utilizes fund performance tracking systems to monitor and review fund performance; distributes information to clients, as needed.
• Compiles quarterly reports utilized by Trust’s Board members.
• Completes off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Experience in accounting or finance.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Requirements

• Financial services industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K, N-CSR, N-CEN, and 24f-2.
• Understanding of stocks, bonds, options, and foreign securities and derivatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
