Role Description

As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will strengthen retail partnerships through effective collections, accurate reporting, and reliable account management. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Accountancy qualification, such as CPA, preferred
• Experience in hospitality or retail preferred
• Background in credit control and accounts receivable and payable management
• Experience assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and related reconciliations and analysis
• Skills in budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps integration with Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or a similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in following up on overdue debts and ensuring invoices are settled by their due dates
• Ability to work independently, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and logical approach to work, with high attention to detail
