[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Officer @Twoconnect

Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports the end-to-end receivables function within a Shared Services environment, working across multiple entities and business units. This role is responsible for:

• Performing bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Raising internal customer recharge invoices across multiple businesses.
• Working within the Accounts Receivable Shared Services team to support day-to-day receivables processing.
• Raising group charge invoices on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required from the head entity.
• Raising recurring charge invoices monthly, quarterly, and annually across multiple businesses.
• Processing credit notes with associated supporting documentation across shared services entities.
• Maintaining digital document filing within shared service drives.
• Assisting with general accounts receivable and administrative tasks as required.
• Supporting accuracy and completeness of receivables records across multiple business units.
• Other position-level duties as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Experience in invoicing, bank reconciliations, and receivables administration.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, documentation control, and finance administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with digital filing and documentation management systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a shared services environment.
• Experience with Pronto ERP is desirable.
• Experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is desirable.
