[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Clerk @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

We are looking for an entry-level Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team supporting UK-based clients. No prior experience is required — full training is provided. You will manage invoicing and payment collections while working fully remotely from South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment queries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel an advantage)

Requirements

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
