[Hiring] Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist @People Partners

Role Description

This role sits at the center of billing accuracy and revenue control. You’ll ensure sales orders, licenses, and vendor pass-through costs are correctly reflected in end-of-month invoices. You’ll detect gaps, fix discrepancies, and put controls in place so revenue doesn’t slip through unnoticed. This isn’t basic invoicing. This is revenue protection.

• Create and check sales orders in Halo.
• Ensure licenses and sales orders flow correctly into EOM invoices.
• Raise and send client invoices.
• Update billing and client details accurately.
• Receive vendor bills and confirm pass-through billing.
• Ensure what’s paid to vendors is billed to clients.
• Conduct ongoing invoice accuracy checks.
• Support contract creation and contract alerts.

Qualifications

• Solid bookkeeping foundation.
• Accounts receivable and billing experience.
• Xero experience.
• Experience reconciling vendor costs against client billing.
• Strong written communication skills.
