[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Associate @Vision RT

Role Description

Invoice processing:

• Raise and post customer invoices and credit notes in Sage 200, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with the UK AR team for timely dispatch.

Partnering with the UK AR team:

• Work as an extension of the team, managing processing and admin to ensure smooth collections.

Credit control coordination:

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Project teams to obtain necessary information, approvals, and POs for prompt billing and collections.

Reporting and analysis:

• Prepare aged debtor reports, collections trackers, reconciliations, and management packs for the Treasury Manager.

Ledger maintenance:

• Support cash allocation and sales ledger reconciliations, maintaining accurate customer data in Sage.

Month-end and audit:

• Contribute to AR month-end close and audit requests.

Projects:

• Engage in analysis and improvement projects across Treasury and AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in working with stakeholders across countries.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, clear report formatting) and confidence in handling large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately.
• Proactive and well-organized, comfortable working independently with a UK-based manager.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Sage 200 (or other Sage products) - desirable but not essential.
• Experience supporting UK, European, or US entities - desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with multi-currency invoicing and VAT - desirable but not essential.
