Role Description
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, Global Finance Operations (US Rebates), you will be responsible for extracting rebate data from various sources and using tools like macros for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Key responsibilities include:

Extract rebate data from various sources and systems.

Utilize macros and other tools to extract, transform and load (ETL) data for rebate analysis.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Generate and distribute timely, accurate and insightful reports related to rebate programs, helping in decision-making and strategy.

Create dashboards and data visualizations to convey insights effectively.

Create and maintain reporting templates to track and analyze rebate performance.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and maintain rebate-related data.

Analyze rebate agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Assist in the calculation and processing of rebates.

Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, processes, and reports.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field of study.

At least 3 years of professional experience in the Finance and Accounting Function, particularly Accounts Receivable.

Experience in data management and analytics is highly desirable.

Industry exposure in Global Business Services or Shared Service setup is highly preferred.

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Experience with macros and data automation is highly preferred.

Knowledgeable of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation, data management, and reporting.

Ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization.

Ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment or even in a Work from home setup.
