[Hiring] Accounts Payable Specialist @Audubon Property Management

Role Description

This role involves managing accounts payable for a growing property management company.

• Process Invoices: Manage a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded and entered into Yardi Voyager for bi-weekly check runs.
• Manage Vendors: Oversee the set-up of new vendors in our system to ensure seamless payment processing.
• Support Finance Operations: Assist with credit card activity posting, vendor expense reconciliations, and other AP projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, accounts payable, or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a major plus.
• You have a high standard for accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• You are self-motivated and can work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Part-Time: 10–16 hours per week.
• Flexible: 100% Remote.
