[Hiring] Accounts Payable Assistant @RecargaPay

Role Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing Brazilian fiscal documents in SAP for payments. This role also includes:

• Posting customer refunds and judicial payments in SAP
• Providing support for corporate credit cards
• Posting supplier advances and clearing transactions

This is a temporary contract position for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and/or related course in Business Administration or similar
• Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA is a plus)
• Ability to identify and flag opportunities for improvements in routines and processes
• Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Knowledge of withholding taxes (desirable)
