• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Handle escalations related to financial discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate resolution;
• Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes;
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and standards;
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
• Keep up with evolving tools and technology;
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
• Strong accounting background with experience in financial operations is a must;
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve financial issues efficiently;
• Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation;
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable;
• Experience working with Salesforce and Zendesk ticketing systems is a strong plus.
