Role Description

The Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices while managing end-to-end workflow for assigned brands and SharePoint invoice queues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring invoices are properly reviewed, coded, approved, and processed in accordance with company policies, service level agreements, and internal control requirements.

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal business partners, suppliers, and service providers.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and clear communication across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
