Role Description

Corzly is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our remote team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting and bookkeeping experience who is comfortable handling reconciliations, owner statements, payroll support, and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile payments received from platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other internal systems.
• Prepare and send accurate owner statements to clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks for team members.
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Review records for discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
• Support internal financial reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Follow company financial procedures and maintain compliance with internal standards.
• Use screen recording and screen sharing tools to communicate updates and document completed work.
• Work closely with the team to support smooth financial operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, financial records, and basic accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Comfortable using screen recording tools for communication and accountability.
