[Hiring] Accountant - International BPO Business (GAAP/IFRS) @MyOutDesk

Role Description

This role involves managing financial records and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and reports
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations (IFRS/GAAP)
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Assist in preparing for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (Master’s preferred)
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, especially in a BPO or international business setting
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant platforms)
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
