Role Description
This Accountant role offers direct mentorship from experienced leaders, progressive client leadership opportunities, and exposure to automation and AI-driven, innovative systems, with a clear pathway to Senior Accountant and Finance Manager-level responsibility.

Own month-end close for assigned clients (progressively, depending on experience)

Prepare financial reports and commentary

Ensure reconciliations are complete and accurate

Flag risks or anomalies proactively

Prepare cash flow forecasts

Identify variances and underlying causes
-
Escalate risks early with proposed solutions
-
Draft and send routine client communications
-
Participate in client meetings
-
Lead selected client check-ins (based on experience)

Ensure no client is surprised by delays or issues

Identify inefficiencies
-
Improve workflows
-
Contribute to automation initiatives

Simplify reporting where possible
Qualifications
-
3-5+ years accounting experience
-
Strong Accountant ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a Senior role

Technically capable but eager for ownership

Motivated to build something, not just execute tasks
