Role Description
This role involves participating in an 18 months rotational program within one of the world's largest banks in an exciting, dynamic, and international environment.
- Complete two rotations across two departments within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Department.
- Gain insights into various business areas such as Financial Institution Coverage and Aviation Finance.
- Engage in a 5-week onboarding at the EMEA Head office located in London.
- Participate in intensive skill enhancement trainings to improve both hard and soft skills.
- Identify career paths and engage in regional projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s graduate or to graduate in 2025
- Interest in banking & financial services
- Excitement to work in an international environment
- Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus

Benefits
- Annual Gross salary of €47,650
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment
- 30 vacation days per year, with the option to buy 15 additional days
- Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class or €0.23 per km (max 75km one way)
- €5.00 net remote working compensation per day (max €60.00 per month)
- Possibility to order a mobile phone (up to €800)
- Possibility to order office equipment for the home office (up to €500)
- Remote Working Policy (WFH and Remote Working in another Country)
- Bicycle plan (fiscal benefit)

- Mental health workshops and budget for external courses (e.g., Dutch language classes)

Additional Information
- The program starts August 1st, 2025 at MBE headquarters in Amsterdam, following a 5-week onboarding training starting August 4th, 2025 at EMEA headquarters in London.

- All candidates need to be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
